Appointment Valet Supplemental Terms
Effective date: October 7, 2026
These Supplemental Terms ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Infoliage LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Infoliage," "we," "us"). They provide supplemental terms for the calendar features and subscriptions of Appointment Valet for macOS (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is licensed under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), with Infoliage as the application provider and licensor. The Standard EULA governs the App license, license restrictions, termination of the license, warranties, liability, export compliance, and other matters it covers, including services and upgrades provided through the App. These Terms supplement the Standard EULA and are not a custom EULA. If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA on a matter it covers, the Standard EULA controls.
These Terms apply only to the App and its supplemental features and subscriptions.
1. Definitions
- "Free Tier" means the version of the App and features available without a paid subscription.
- "Subscription" means a paid subscription that unlocks additional features, purchased through the App Store.
- "Connected Service" means a third-party calendar or account service you connect to the App, including Google Calendar and CalDAV servers.
- "Your Content" means calendar events, calendars, and other data you create, import, or synchronize through the App.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms.
The App does not require an Infoliage account. You connect Connected Services with your own credentials, which are stored on the Mac on which you use the App. You are responsible for keeping those credentials secure and protecting that Mac.
3. Free Tier and Subscriptions
a. Free Tier. The Free Tier is provided at no charge and allows a maximum of two connected accounts and two mirror rules. Optional local calendar copying is included in the App's base features, subject to the mirror-rule limit; it does not require a paid subscription. Availability depends on macOS providing an "On My Mac" calendar source and allowing the necessary Calendar access. Some macOS installations do not support this feature. We may change the limits or features included in the Free Tier, with notice of material changes under Section 8.
b. Subscriptions. Subscriptions are purchased through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
c. Changes. We may change the features, price, or terms of a Subscription. Price changes take effect as provided by Apple. You will be notified before any change that affects a subscription you have purchased.
d. Subscription expiry. If your Subscription expires, existing synchronization continues until a connected account requires reauthentication. Accounts beyond the Free Tier's two-account limit cannot be reauthenticated without a valid Subscription. While your Subscription is expired, you cannot edit or add mirror rules. You can still delete connected accounts and mirror rules. The Privacy Policy describes controls and responsibilities for removing stored credentials and previously synchronized events.
4. Connected Services
The App lets you connect Google Calendar and CalDAV calendars and synchronize events between them. You are responsible for:
- having the right to connect each account you add;
- complying with the terms and policies of each Connected Service;
- the accuracy and content of the events you synchronize.
Local Calendar copies. You may also copy selected events into the dedicated local "Appointment Valet" calendar when macOS provides an "On My Mac" source and you grant full Calendar access. macOS configuration, permissions, or administrator restrictions can make local copying unavailable. The App does not automatically substitute a cloud calendar when a local source is unavailable. Existing local copies can remain after permission is revoked or the App is deleted; you are responsible for removing remaining copies through Calendar if you want them deleted. The Privacy Policy describes the information copied and the available controls.
Google. The App's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's terms. You can revoke the App's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
CalDAV. Infoliage does not operate CalDAV servers and does not control the availability, accuracy, or security of any server you connect. Synchronization may fail, be delayed, or result in duplicated, changed, or deleted events, particularly where providers implement the CalDAV protocol differently.
Calendar precautions. Keep backups of important calendar data and check synchronized events for accuracy. The App is not a substitute for your own records or for professional or emergency scheduling. App warranties and liability are governed by the Standard EULA.
5. Your Content and Calendar Data
Your Content remains in the Connected Services you choose, with App data and optional local Calendar copies stored on the Mac on which you use the App. Calendar data is transmitted directly between that Mac and those Connected Services. You retain ownership of Your Content. Infoliage does not receive it during normal App operation or claim ownership of it. You control screenshots, logs, and other material you choose to share, and are responsible for having permission to share it and removing information you do not want to disclose. You are also responsible for deleting synchronized events from your connected calendars if you want those copies removed; deleting the App or disconnecting an account does not remove them. We handle information you send us as described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference.
6. App Updates
We may release updates to the App, including changes to features, and we may stop supporting older versions of macOS. Some updates are required to continue using the App. Updates are provided through the App Store.
7. Feedback, Privacy, and General Terms
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that feedback without obligation to you. This permission does not authorize use of your calendar data or personal information beyond the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The Appointment Valet Privacy Policy applies to the App, including related support and diagnostics, and describes our actual data practices, including restrictions on Google user data. The Standard EULA's data provisions do not expand those practices.
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the agreement between you and Infoliage about the supplemental App matters described here. The Standard EULA governs the App and the matters it covers, and controls in the event of a conflict.
- Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Notices. We may give notice through the App or by email if you have provided an address to us.
8. Changes
We may update these supplemental Terms. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the App or by email if you have provided an address to us. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where affirmative consent is required by applicable law or Google's policies. If you do not accept, stop using the App. Changes to these Terms do not amend the Standard EULA.
